Paying money to the online school system is simple and easy. In an attempt to remove all cash and cheques from school, we are asking all parents to use our preferred method of payment: Parent Pay


We are pleased to announce that from September 2026 we will be moving from School Gateway to ParentPay. Like School Gateway, this is a convenient way to pay for school meals, school trips and other school items. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit / debit card. ParentPay will be our preferred method of making payments to school.

Please note: Any money left on your lunch account on School gateway will automatically transfer over to your ParentPay account. If you are mid-term paying for a trip, i.e Paris 2027, this will automatically transfer over as well.

How to get started with ParentPay?

We will send you your account activation details in the summer holidays in readiness for the new academic year September 2026. Once you receive these:

Visit parentpay.com

  • Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage – These are for one-time use only, please choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account – registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders
  • Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to payment.
