  • Cultural and Religious support – Muslim Youth Helpline provide culturally sensitive support to Muslim youth under the age of 25. Outreach services including family mediation, face to face counselling and befriending.

  • The Samaritans – The Samaritans are a 24hr service offering emotional support

  • Young People in Care – Become offer help, support and advice to children in care and young care leavers
  • Young People with Disabilities [BROKEN] – Life Train focuses on the development of young people and people with disabilities.
  • Active Sussex have teamed up with REBOOT, providing young people and their families access to local sports and activities, directly into their own homes. They offer a variety of online sessions to suit different interests and abilities that are FREE to access.
